Hi,

What kind of base sequence errors could happen more frequently at MiSeq? I found a document saying G > A and C > T could occur more, but why?

Those base mutations are called transitions. Purine-> Purine or Pyrimidine -> Pyrimidine. Transversions are when a purine is mutated to pyrimidine or vice-versa. Transitions are more common in nature and in PCR. Some related links:
