Hi all, I am trying to learn Microarray analysis in R. My training dataset's platform is GPL16686. How can I found where to download related R library ?
GPL16686 is HuGene-2_0-st. So you need to use the corresponding Platform Design Info for Affymetrix HuGene-2_0-st that collates data from bpmap and cif files (or build it yourself using the Platform Information Package Builder). The annotation package can be used in conjunction with the oligo package to preprocess your data.
