allele frequency vs allele fraction

Recently I ran MiSeq, but could you tell me what the difference between allele frequency and allele fraction is?

Correct way to calculate VAF (Variant allele fraction) from a VCF file here it is,

allele frequency (most frequently) used as a frequency in a population
