Hello everyone,

I'm reading through the original paper on the LUMPY SV caller and trying to figure out how the breakpoint coordinates are reported if you have an SV (translocations in my case) that occur in several of the samples. I'm trying to interpret Figure 1B. I have paired-end short read data from WGS and see the same exact coordinates for a particular translocation in multiple samples. It seems like LUMPY uses the signals from all the samples with that breakpoint to report one location for all those samples, even though they may be a few base pairs off in reality.

Am I interpreting figure 1B correctly? Figure 1B
