CWL and Arvados

HI everyone,

is someone using CWL and Arvados for pipeline development ? if it is so, is there any other CWL composer are you using, beside Rabix Composer ? Thank you,

I've never used CWL and Arvados. However, snakemake, which I use quite extensively, has the option to export a workflow as CWL. So if someone asked me to write a pipeline in CWL, I would probably write it first in snakemake and then export it to CWL. Not sure if this helps...

There is a very good CWL plugin that pairs well with VS Code, called Rabix Benten. You can find a link to it and other CWL development aids at https://www.commonwl.org/tools/

Thank you Michael. I will examine Rabix Benten. Wondering if there is any other visual editor with drag-and-drop capability of cwl scripts in order to build the pipelines beside the usual Rabix ?
