WES Wrong Index Sequencing

Hi everyone! I have a single-indexed WES library. However, I sequenced 10bp of the index reads (i7) instead of 8bp. Is there a way to still correctly demultiplex my NGS data?

Of course. I think it will work fine as is. Or, edit the sample sheet to add the next two bases. (Maybe AT?)
