batch correction of single cell dataset

Hi,

I have single cell datasets recorded at different time points. I have to concatenate them and analyse as a single dataset. But I am not sure about the batch correction ? How to do the batch correction ?. As I mentioned, I do not have any control dataset. If I use integrate function in Seurat, it find anchors and compare two datasets e.g. control and treated. I think it does not fit my case. Please help and suggest me.

You don't need controls for Seurat (or most) integration methods. You can integrate any set of related samples within reason.
