Hello,

I have a set of 60 paired end rna seq samples that I have trimmed then fastqc'ed. I am trying to use multiqc to get the QC summary but I can't figure out how to do it such that all 4 QC files associated with 1 sample are grouped together. When I try multiqc, the summary has the samples sorted randomly, I am trying to find a way to get the results grouped by sample in the summary file:

sample1_paired_forward

sample1_paired_reverse

sample1_unpaired_forward

sample1_unpaired_reverse

. . .

sampleN_paired_forward

sampleN_paired_reverse

sampleN_unpaired_forward

sampleN_unpaired_reverse

Is this in a table or in a plot? Can you attach a screen grab? What version of MultiQC are you using?
