I notice that flowJo summaries of flow-cytometry data as in the actual cells are in wide-format, and generally not loadable into a database or something I can run statistical software.
I want to convert the flowJo excel exports of the flow-cytometry cell count data into .json format, or into a nice for relational-database-management-software format.
How to proceed?
Since this data type is not something people encounter everyday, you may need to provide some example snippets of what you have and what you want?
