Get distribution of enrichment scores across all permutations in fgsea

Hello, I want to plot the enrichment result per pathway and dataset using ridgeline plot. I am using fgseaSimple method. However, it only returns a single ES and a single NES score. Can you help me how I should get the ridgeline plot for analysis results?

It's not really clear, what you are trying to achieve, right now it doesn't make any sense, in my opinion. Do you have any example plots (with GSEA)? What kind of message to you want to make with this plot?

I got my answer. simplefgsae does not provide the ES scores per permutation in their package anymore. However, I could find such information in their old version of package.
