Hi Few questions on HTS drug screening.

Does anyone know a pipeline/workflow available for HTS from quality control, to normalization and Hit identification?? If not, any R-library for data analysis??

When obtaining the raw intensity data, Should I plot for normal probability first in order to decide which normalization method (Z-score, B-score) to use?

In case of normal distribution, and in case of low variability between the controls. Should I use normalized percent inhibition or Z-score for the normalization method?

In case of normalized percent inhibition, do I use all controls in all plates?? or each plate is normalized to its controls in the same plate??
