Representation of variables in PCA

Hello,

I am working with a dataset which consists of multiple variables. Usually in the pcatools R package, I can represent the data points with only two variables through the argument color and shape, I was wondering if there was a way to represent the third variable as well (for instance, size) or any other form of representation. This would be indeed useful for visualization.

Else, only way is to concatenate the columns/variables and use in either color or shape.

Thank you,

Toufiq
