unsolved questions in RNA

Hi, after looking at Alphafold, I got generally curious what are some unsolved, interesting questions in biology in terms of RNA. A couple of things I can think are predicting secondary, tertiary structures or predicting complete isoform and isoform quantification? Would you list some of interesting questions?

There is no single field in biology and bioinformatics that is solved. None, not even close. All of what you mention is unsolved, including protein structure prediction.
