calling peaks in ChIP-seq datasets from bedgraph files

Hi everyone.

Continuing a previous posting (Obtain ChIPseq peaks from a bedgraph file with continuous regions), which other peak callers (beside MACS2) may call ChIP-seq peaks when it needs to start from a bedgraph file (not from a bam file) ?

epic2 also allows .bed/.bedgraph files as inputs. It is a peak caller particularly useful for quite broad marks.
