Is it reasonable to do "Gene Regulatory Network Inference" for each cell type and do differential GRN

Hi, everyone.

I want to compare the influence of drug or something else for different cell type. I have a idea. First, I will do GRN(Gene Regulatory Network) for each cell type. Then I will do differential GRN for paired cell type between treatment and control.

I just wondering whether it is reasonable or there are some papers describling these ideas.

Thanks for your viewing :)

Best wishes

Sure. In one of our preprints, we did sort of a similar thing on cells from different time points.

Please edit the answer above and provide a link (either PubMed or direct journal) for the paper. Just saying you did "X" is not providing any useful information.

it's a bioarxiv so I didn't provide the link. Anyway, link added and I changed the language.
