Heys,

I've just found this software called qc3C for testing the quality in Hi-C data (https://github.com/cerebis/qc3C). I was wondering if any of you used it, as I created the multiqc file out of it but I am struggling a bit to understand it.

Around 60% of my reads were accepted and are marked as valid. Is this a good result?

Thanks in advance!

There is a good paper on qc3C: Reference-free quality control for Hi-C sequencing data which may provide more information as to whether your output mutltiqc file tells you what you want to know.
