Hi, GTEx recently uploaded a long read data ran by flair, long read algorithm (https://www.gtexportal.org/home/datasets). In the description, it used 88 GTEx tissues and cell line samples. I am quite new to GTEx and would like to find the short read version of these 88 GTEx tissues and cell line samples. I assume I need to look at the matching tissues and patient ID to find the short read version of all of these datasets, but I am having trouble where to start. First, how do I find the 88 tissues and 2 cell lines in GTEx and then find their matched short read version?
