Dear community,
Greetings! I have a question.
Are there any experiments to detect "O6 Guanine methylation levels" ? If so what are they?
(I am not asking about the Methylspecific PCR or Pyrosequencing or IHC or WB for MGMT gene, but a way to determine the levels of O6 guanine methylation levels ?)
Thanks in advance!
Might be worth talking to Oxford Nanopore? I know that they can already detect 5mC, 5hmC, 6mA, and BrdU in DNA and m6A in RNA and might be interested to expand that set if there is a reasonable avenue (known molecules to train the algorithms on and commercial interest).
Dear Matthias,
Thanks for the inputs! Yes a good suggestion indeed. Thanks
