Hello, I'm new to using R and Enhanced Volcano to plot gene expression from my RNA Seq data and I have two issues right now.

  1. For some reason, the spacing of my y-axis is very little compared to the x-axis (see below). I was wondering if it would be possible to make the Y-axis bigger such that the size/shape of the plot looks something like this (https://github.com/kevinblighe/EnhancedVolcano/blob/master/README_files/figure-gfm/ex1-1.png)

  2. Another thing is that for my labels, I only want "NS" and "Sig". I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of the "p-value" and "Log2FC" besides having them as "NA" (also see below).

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If this is an rmarkdown document you can set the image height in the block header.

```{r fig.height=10}
***code***
```
