Dear all,

I have done a genetic association analysis for finding the probable association of some common SNPs with a given disease (binary trait) in a given population via plink. The results were reported as OR and corresponding CI along with adjusted p-value. At the next step, I combined the obtained results with some eligible studies and done meta-analysis, and reported the pooled (combined) OR with corresponding CI and p-value. However, a reviewer said " The p-values should have their associated test statistics presented along with the parameters for the sampling distribution, e.g., the numerator and denominator degrees of freedom for an F-test".

Could you please help me out how I can obtain the F-statistics?

Many thanks
