What are s.dist and pMANOVA in mitch report ?

The answer is:

1- s.dist is the effect size and is calculated with Euclidean distance which is sqrt((s.dist sample1)^2 + (s.dist sample2)^2)

2- p.MANOVA is the p-value which is calculated with rank MANOVA, it can be calculated with many tests one of them is pillai's trace.
