Number of times of bootstrapping needed to make a neibor-joining phylogenetic tree

Is there any way to know how many times you need to bootstrap to get a neighibor-joining tree with known number of leaves and nodes? Thanks!

Reading similar posts as this or this, it seems line 1000 is a default number to start with? (I am not an expert on this though).
