Any biological reason for correlation between CD115-CD88-CD71, and other correlations between CD** proteins ?

Looking on correlations between some CD** proteins , one can see some patterns, but it is not clear - does it have any biological explanation (for example activity in similar cell types) or it is just some artifact. (The analysis below - on single cell data for CD34+ mobilized hematopoetic progenitors (CITE-seq technology - measures BOTH(!) proteins and RNA - in that question I discuss ONLY proteins).

Question: Can you suggest some biological reasons for correlations below :

CD115-CD88-CD71 more than 0.8 - top correlated.
