extract list of variants from comparison of wildtype protein vs mutant sequences

I have a wine type sequence like ABV

and I also have sequences which are supposed to be variants for example BCV

I wonder how to extract list of variants A1B, B2C

I believe it is called xposy notations - so the question is given these two sequences how I can extract these exposy notations.
