Dear community members, I have one question regarding multiple sample analysis in single code. I have 20 simple of rnaseq analysis and I want to trim them before alignment. Can someone help me to provide trimmomatic code for analysis of all samples at once. Otherwise I have to run the same code for 20 times. Thank you for understanding. Warm regards Ram
