TrackBrowser is a perl script for the visualization of sequencing data (e.g. big wiggle file, sequences, gene annotations) within a given genome region. Users can input sequencing data and regions of interest, and TrackBrowser outputs the SVG images. TrackBrowser has been used to display the 2'-O-Methylation modifications identified by Nm-REP-seq method that use Mycoplasma genitalium (M. genitalium) RNase R (MgR) and periodate oxidation reactivity to eliminate 2’-hydroxylated (2’-OH) nucleosides.

Interesting project and smiling from seeing Perl still get used in bioinformatics! Just a brief suggestion that it might be useful to drop a vertical abline under the barplots, which is aligned with the methylation site (or other marked base). This might highlight those signals that align with the site of interest, especially if you have many rows.
