Why do I get lines of 2 different colors in the mfuzz clustering analysis?

I'm using mfuzz algorithm for soft clustering analysis of 3 genes. Based on which I obtained 3 clusters with each cluster having one gene.

I have obtained only single gene (i.e., LRRK2) in cluster 1, so why there are three lines of 2 different colors (i.e., green and blue) ?

If there is single gene, then only one line must be present throughout. Also, what does different colors signify in terms of membership.

It is hard to help without seeing the code your ran, and your related data
