Bio fetch

Hello,

I am trying to use bio fetch to download a set of genomes. bio fetch GCF_000337835.1

It gives me Data not found: /Users/....../.bio/assembly_summary_genbank.txt Run: bio --download

In the same time I can fetch the sequences with other id (not GCA...) bio fetch AF086833 - works

Could you please suggest anything?

Don't use the version number, write it as:

bio fetch GCF_000337835

the remote assembly site does not maintain versions either, thus this will get you the latest.

This only applies to genomes though, so I could make a change to the code to chop off the version if it exists.
