Convert KEGG gene ids to ensembl ids and gene symbols

Hi,

I want to convert KEGG Gene ids to ensembl ids and gene symbols. How can I do it using the KEGG API?

You may be able to get them all using the converter at UniProt: https://www.uniprot.org/id-mapping/

KEGG can be found under Genome Annotation Databases under From Database.

I don't think the KEGG API is the best way to do this. What is the organism that you are working with?

That said, you can get a list of KEGG ids and annotated gene symbols with the list database via KEGG API, e.g., https://rest.kegg.jp/list/eco
