Hi all, student here. I have to give a presentation for class in a couple of weeks, and I was wondering if there was any way to animate my volcano plots. I'd like to be able to show how the points rise or fall between different comparisons. I'm currently using the EnhancedVolcano package. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Hi, I am the main developer of EnhancedVolcano. To get what you want, you may need to develop an RShiny app. However, there is also this possibility, whereby one can load a volcano plot into a web browser and make it dynamic: Does EnhancedVolcano() supports crosstalk()?
The Glimma package has some functions for interactive plots such as volcano, if your data comes from edgeR, limma, DESeq2
