How to find tRNA sequences in metatranscriptome/metagenome?

I would like to evaluate the abundance of rRNA and tRNA in metatranscriptomes (consisting mainly of bacteria). I detected rRNA with sormeRNA, but is there a good way to find tRNA? I would like to evaluate the raw reads directly, without assembly.

Thanks.

You can use sortmeRNA as well, with tRNA sequences. I assume rRNA depletion was used before sequencing, make sure you're not measuring the success rate of this reaction.

Thank you for reply! I think I will try sortmeRNA with tRNA sequences from GtRNAdb.
