hiii. ... i was trying to annotate TE through EDTA. it generated a lot of files. can anyone please let me know which output fasta file contains all the TE(containing, intact+full+fractured TE).
Are you having problems opening the files and checking on your own?
no, I can open the files, but unable to recognize which file contains all the TEs detected i.e. I need to identify the intact TEs(having full TIRs and coding region), full-length TEs(having only TIRs), and fragmented TEs.
Did you look at the EDTA docs?
