I have been using Rockhopper to analyze operons from rna-seq data. I read this paper and saw how Rockhopper uses a probabilistic model for determining which genes belong to which operons: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1046202318303426

Is there a way I can access the probabilities of each gene being a part of an operon?

Thank you
