hello guys,

I have been struggling to find a automatic or programming tool that I can filter and keep the genes that are located or sublocated in nucleus.

i have 1000 genes so it is hard to go to uniprot and check one by one.

any other way?

thanks

I assume this is for human genes. Try https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb?facets=proteins_with%3A50%2Creviewed%3Atrue&query=Human&fields=accession%2Creviewed%2Cid%2Cprotein_name%2Cgene_names%2Corganism_name%2Clength%2Ccc_subcellular_location&view=table

You can filter out genes based on sub-cellular location column after exporting the table.
