Fisher Exact Test against two Seurat Objects

Has anyone performed a Fisher Exact Test against SeuratObjects and if so, how did you go about that?

Can you explain a little about what question you're trying to answer between two Seurat Objects, and what it is exactly that you would be comparing between them?

There is a "CellTypes" column in each SeuratObject which tells you the different cell types within the liver tissue for Sample 1 and Sample 2. I wanted to perform a Fisher Exact Test to see on the CellType gene expression level.
