Hello
I am using on a Linux platform Splitstree6 software to generate neighbor network trees. I am using Splitstree since it is interactive so I can prune outliers.
The 2 options I see to export the trees are: 1. Print to a file which generate a low resolution image and 2. "Save as", which have only one option as stree6. The stree6 files seems to be Nexus files since they have #nexus at the first line but I cant read them using phangorn::read.nexus.networx
function in R, I get :
Error in start:end : NA/NaN argument
My questions are:
- Is there a way to export trees from Splitree6 so the can be read and manipulated in R?
- Is there a way to export vector graphics fille from splitstree6 so the can be printed in high resolution ? Thank you Hanan
