Hello everyone

Does anyone know what it means? if it's problematic and I need to fix it before I continue with the analysis.

The GC content warning is one of the more obscure fastqc categories. ChIP-seq is a targeted assay with many biases, I would ignore it and see how data look on the genome browser, number of peaks, FRiPs etc.

I've fixed the tags for you this time.
