Eggnog mapper -> Blast2Go for Gene Ontology??

I'm trying to analyse the results from Eggnog mapper - so far I have got the genes list and can get a gene ontology from this using ShinyGO....

But it's a shame when I have GO terms/ KEGG/ PFAMS in the excel output, Would it be possible to load them into Blast2GO to make nice bar charts? I have tried the .anno file, and it seems like it doesn't recognise the GO terms already found; the eggnog fasta isn't accepted either.

Or does anyone know of alternative software/ online sites to help summerise the data? Many tools are not set up to support bacteria so I would prefer to summerise the Eggnog output.

Many thanks in advance

Have you found any solution? I also made an annotation with eggNOG mapper for the discussion and the visualization of my results it's a little difficult, I can't do on shinyGo David or other... for the GOs I only have references like GO:.... with no terms correspondence

One can make nice plots with clusterProfiler from eggNOG output, but must be familiar with an R environment
