Hi, I am doing CNV analysis with PennCNV software. I'm using hg19. I wanted to remove centromeric region and immunoglobulin region from my lists of chromosomes. I only got the list for centromeric region hg19 and not immunoglobulin region from this link.

Is there anyone who know how to get immunoglobulin region for hg19?
