tools that align sequences in mouse and human

hi community, I found some sequences in mouse that could be classified as enhancers. I would to align these sequences to human genome to see if the sequences are conserved or similar to the ones found in human. Do you suggest any tool? thank you!

BLAST might be a good place to start. Then if your query overlaps any interesting motifs, genes, or other annotations you can use something like USCS genome browser. Alternatively, synteny analyses between mouse and human have been published on a few databases like Ensembl, which has a lot of other potentially useful information in this context.
