Hi! I am using PhyML to reconstructe phylogenetic trees. PhyML provides parameter -b, but it is not clear for me how to set up the best value to eliminate badly support trees. Furthermore, what exactly means value of bootstrap equal -4 (SH-like branch supports alone)?
