Network analysis for two Factors

Hi everyone,

I have a matrix (800 X 800) dimensions as follows:

TF1 TF2 40.6
TF3 TF2 90.5
TF2 TF2 1.33
TF4 TF1 28.9
TF1 TF3 200.1
TF3 TF9 106.1

.......

I want to find interaction between all possible TFs using scores (3rd column) and get

1. Clusters
2. Predict new/known complexes,
3. Plot network of protein of interest

I would appreciate any leads. Thank you

Have you looked at any tutorials? Three are many out there. (1, 2, 3, etc.) Do you have a preferred language?

I tried to use gephi and cytoscape but since I have no experience with these tools I could not use it properly. Can you suggest if it is possible to use these softwares for my data type .
