Hi!
I'm looking for a tool that can predict the probability of a ligand binding a receptor. Ideally, just from a PDB file. I see that there are quite a lot of options out there (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7049599/), but I'm a little confused as to which one to choose. Any suggestions?
