Hellođź‘‹ , if we work on a Linux server accessed through pc and dealing with 130 GB transcriptomic data on server, does it affect our pc performance.

No, working on a server via ssh with putty etc will not decrease the performance of your local machine. People regularly work on computer clusters from tiny laptops without problems.

May be worth noting that it shouldn't affect the PC performance per se, but that it may affect your 'felt' network speed and therefore performance of web apps etc if you decide to shuffle lots of data between the local and remote machine via rsync/sftp etc
