MatrixEQTL output t-statistics

Hello,

I ran the Matrix eQTL on RNA seq data and for Trans-eQTL I am getting the negative Inf (-Inf) t-stat: SNP gene beta t-stat p-value FDR 1_33051 ITIH2 -0.0111347167105374 -Inf 2.2250738585072e-308 2.29201704583002e-301.

I am not able to interpret this negative Inf values (-Inf). Is this a significant result and can I consider this as a Trans-eQTL. What does -Inf value means.
