Mapping GO terms to description and vice versa

Hi all!

I have a list of GO terms and I would like to find the description of them. Is there a software or package that I can use? Also, how can I find the GO terms based on its description?

There are over 1000 GO terms in my list. I don't think I should do it manually on http://geneontology.org/

Please use the formatting bar (especially the code option) to present your post better. You can use backticks for inline code (`text` becomes text), or select a chunk of text and use the highlighted button to format it as a code block. If your code has long lines with a single command, break those lines into multiple lines with proper escape sequences so they're easier to read and still run when copy-pasted. I was meaning one level down the biological process. Would it be possible to do that?

Ideal output: (Do not include those in parentheses)
