Hi Everyone,

I am working on Whole Genome Sequencing and use FastQC to analyze the quality of my dataset.

I have 48 .gz files inside one directory. Is there a command line that I can use to analyze all the .gz together and get one summary report for all the multiple .gz files?

This is a professional forum, please don't use slang such as "cmnd" and "tat" - write like you would in a professional setting. I've fixed these words for you this time.
