Dear all, hope you are doing well.

I am looking for the opportunity to work as a Bioinformatician.

A summary about me;

Graduated bachelor's program in a related discipline. I am a Junior Bioinformatician, experienced within the 1-year research group, and 8 months in the NGS analysis software industry. In Bioinformatics research internship contributed to the data analysis part of the research project with M.D, Ph.D. scientists. During my industrial experience, developed a Long-Read Sequencing WGS data analysis pipeline.

Programming Skills: Python, bash, Nexflow, and Docker languages.
