I am doing a microarray data analysis based on Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array. I have found certain probe id has got multiple gene ids. How to select the appropriate gene for that particular probe id?

Where are you seeing this? Platform file for this array on GEO has these names uniquely assigned.

GenoMax I have used the same platform file only. If you look at probe id and their corresponding Gene Symbol or ENTREZ_GENE_ID you can see they are mapping multiple genes
