delly filter input file

I am trying to do somatic sv calling using delly tool. In delly filter step, what should I do to put 2 samples?

I entered the following, but I keep getting an error.

delly filter -f somatic -o delly_1T_2T_output.sv.bcf -s sample2.tsv delly_1T_output.sv.bcf delly_2T_output.sv.bcf  

How should I enter multiple input files? Thanks for reading.

delly filter accepts only one input BCF file. If both BCF files have the same set of SV sites, you can of course merge the BCF files beforehand using bcftools merge.
